PERSONAL AND SOCIAL SKILLS OF SOCIAL WORKERS

Аннотация

A changing world somehow forcing changes in the training of future employees. Socio-cultural and economic changes put before social workers new challenges. The article concerns the development of competences of social workers, especially in the so-called emotional intelligence - personal and social competences for more efficient social work, and for some benefits of the employee - doing better with stress and difficult situations.
